Privacy Policy — Span

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Span (formerly Did I?) is a simple tracker for recurring tasks and routines. This policy explains what data the app uses and where it goes.

The short version

Data that stays with you

Your tasks, schedules, reminders and completion history are stored on your device and shared only with Span's own Home Screen widget.

Data that leaves your device

Only usage statistics, crash reports and purchase information leave your device, through the services below. The names and contents of your tasks are never sent.

Services we use

These services receive only the technical data described above. We use it to fix bugs, keep the app fast and understand which features are useful.

What we don't collect

Your name, email address, contacts, location, or payment details. We never collect the names or contents of your tasks.

Children

Span is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, Australia or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to how it is used. Most of your data never leaves your device or your own iCloud, so you can delete it at any time by deleting it in the app or deleting the app. For anything held by the services listed above, email us at sadnova.au@gmail.com and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
